15-week guided recovery program providing free digital and telehealth mental health support. To be eligible for SANE’s guided recovery program, you/they must have complex mental health needs or be a family member, close friend or carer of someone who does, be over 18 years of age, and live within an eligible Primary Health Network (PHN) area.
