Belongside Families is a non-for-profit organisation that supports families with children aged 0-8 years with a developmental delay or disability and medical needs. Kindred offers a range of programs to help support and connect parents and caregivers.

ENVISAGE is a free online or face-to-face peer support program that has been co- designed with parents, carers, service providers, health professionals and researchers and includes a dedicated First People’s program.

Fair Foundations is a leading for-purpose organisation and registered charity working to build stronger, more connected communities. It delivers a range of community-focused services that support people at every stage of life – from emergency relief to digital inclusion, child and family services to disability support, and youth programs to senior’s support.

Medicare Mental Health Kids Hubs provide a safe and welcoming place where children and their families, carers, and kin, can access free mental health and wellbeing supports and services. Kids Hubs are designed for children aged 0 to 12 years who are experiencing mild to moderate developmental, emotional, relational and/or behavioural challenges.

Free one-on-one support calls where you can talk things through and get support based on your family’s unique needs. Trained parent-peer workers are available to assist families working out what to do after a new diagnosis.

ACT Playgroups is a passionate non-profit community organisation that supports all playgroups and the benefits which playgroups provide for families with young children aged 0-8 years across Australian Capital Territory.

Playconnect is a playgroup program for children on the autism spectrum or with developmental delays and their families, with over 40 locations across Australia.

Inclusive playgroups for all children aged 0-6 years, including those with disability and additional needs

Early intervention program specifically designed for children with any disability or developmental concerns. All children with disability and/or developmental delay (no formal diagnosis is required) aged 0-8 years, their families, carers and siblings are welcome.

The Play Strong Program is a supported playgroup that is funded by the department of education’s Start Strong Pathways grant. Play Strong is for children ages 0-5 who are looking to become involved in an early education service.

Sutherland Supported Playgroup is a community of mums, dads, grandparents and carers who attend the Supported Playgroups in the Sutherland Shire.

An Intergenerational Playgroup program to support parents and caregivers with children under 5 to connect with older people, with the aim of bringing together the young and young at heart – to build relationships through play.

PlayConnect Plus Playgroups are facilitated playgroups and Parent Peer Support Groups for families with a child, aged between 0-8 years, with a disability or chronic medical condition.

Playgroups generally meet for a couple of hours per week and are usually attended by families from the local community. Most ACT Playgroups’ registered playgroups are parent led community playgroups
