Saturday Club
Host: Interchange Illawarra
Saturday Club is an inclusive program for 12-17 year olds living with disability to connect and make new friends at weekly events. From May to June, these events include Flip Out Trampoline Park, cooking, bowling, gaming & pizza, and Comic Con.
Synapse Reconnections
Host: Synapse
A regular meet up on the Central Coast for people with brain injury and their support network to connect with other individuals living with brain injury and their families.
2026 Junior Wheelies Camp
Host: Wheelchair Sports NSW/ACT
These fun and inclusive camps are for children aged 6-18 years who want to give wheelchair sports a try and connect with a community of other families.
Communicating with Medical Professionals

Conversations with doctors and healthcare professionals about your child can often leave you feeling overwhelmed, confused, or unsure how to process the information you’ve been given. This 1hr MyTime session is a chance to connect with other parents and carers, reflect on these experiences, and feel less alone in navigating medical conversations.
