Carers NSW
Carers NSW works with all carers regardless of their age, location, life-stage or circumstances. This includes those caring for individuals with support needs relating to ageing, disability, health and mental illness.
ENVISAGE
ENVISAGE is a free online or face-to-face peer support program that has been co- designed with parents, carers, service providers, health professionals and researchers and includes a dedicated First People’s program.

The Carer Connection Helpline assists mental health carers to navigate the NSW mental health system.
One Door Mental Health
One Door Mental Health is a leading mental health service provider specialising in severe and enduring mental illnesses. One Door coordinates a range of carer support groups.
Child and Family Health Services
Child and family health services are free for NSW parents and carers of children aged 0-5 years. They offer: Health and development checks for your child; Support and information on a range of parenting topics; referrals to paediatricians, nutritionists, audiologists, optometrists.
Karitane
Karitane offer a range of in-person, across Carramar, Shellharbour, Oran Park, Shortland, Randwick, and Wolli Creek, and online education, supports, and services for parents with children from 0 to 5 years.
MyTime
MyTime is for all parents and carers of children under the age of 18 who need a higher level of care than other children. This might be because of disability, chronic medical condition, or other additional needs including developmental delay. MyTime organises supported groups where parents and carers of children with disability or other additional needs can feel understood, share ideas and access quality information and resources. MyTime groups are free to join, and being a part of MyTime does not affect your NDIS funding.
Healthy Mothers Healthy Families
Healthy Mothers Healthy Families (HMHF) is a website with online modules designed for mothers of children with a disability. HMHF helps families to find their balance though empowering mothers to seek their own balance of healthy activities for themselves and their family.
