Family Connect and Support
Family Connect and Support (FCS) is NSW Government service that brings together families, support services, and community resources so that children and young people are safe and well. FCS is free and voluntary. It is available across NSW, and anyone can contact or make a referral to FCS.
Raising Children Network
The Raising children website is for all Australian parents and carers. It provides up-to-date, scientific information about raising children and caring for yourself as a parent or carer. The website gathers information and translates it into everyday language with plenty of real-life examples.

ParentLine NSW
Parent Line NSW is a free telephone counselling and support service for parents and carers with children, aged 0 to 18 years, who live in New South Wales.
Parent Line can help with positive parenting strategies, useful information and referrals to a variety of face-to-face services. Parent Line is also a place to explore frustrations, feel supported and discuss different options to create more harmonious family relationships.
Parent Line counsellors provide confidential and non-judgemental advice and support for parents, carers or professionals living in NSW, seven days a week.

Master Locksmiths Access Key
The Master Locksmiths Access Key (MLAK) system is an initiative that allows people with disability access to dedicated public facilities, including facilities in National Parks and many Council municipalities, elevators at railway stations, the new Changing Places facilities throughout Australia, disabled toilets that are locked, and even the Liberty Swing. People with a disability are able to purchase an MLAK key that will open all doors, toilets, playground equipment and other facilities fitted with a lock that uses the special MLAK cylinder.

The National Public Toilet Map shows the location of over 23,000 public and private toilet facilities across Australia, including adult change and baby care amenities, with information on accessibility, opening hours, and features such as sharps disposal and showers.

Based in Western Australia, Kiind is a not-for-profit organisation supporting thousands of families raising children aged 0 to 25 with disability, developmental delay, autism, genetic, rare, undiagnosed, or chronic health conditions.
IDEAS (Information on Disability Education and Awareness Services)
IDEAS is a national organisation run by people with disability for people with disability, providing independent information and opportunities for people with disability, their supporters, and the community to reach their full potential.
