Witness to War
Witness to War is a national multilingual telephone hotline (1800 845 198) for people affected by overseas conflicts. People can feel the impact in different ways, and may experience health, social and practical issues. The helpline is for individuals, families and communities who are distressed about overseas events, have friends and family abroad, need someone to talk to, or need help finding information about useful services and support.
ArabicLine
ArabicLine is for anyone who needs to reconnect or simply wants to chat in Arabic. This is not a crisis service. You can enter your number on the website to receive a call from a volunteer.
Panda
Panda is a helpline (1300 726 306) for parents affected by perinatal anxiety, depression, and postnatal psychosis, and those experiencing challenges becoming a parent. You can let the phone operator know if you need an interpreter. They are available in many languages. If an interpreter is not available, they will call you back as soon as one is available.
Hurstville Chinese Parents Network

Parent Line NSW is a free telephone counselling and support service for parents and carers with children, aged 0 to 18 years, who live in New South Wales.
Parent Line can help with positive parenting strategies, useful information and referrals to a variety of face-to-face services. Parent Line is also a place to explore frustrations, feel supported and discuss different options to create more harmonious family relationships.
Parent Line counsellors provide confidential and non-judgemental advice and support for parents, carers or professionals living in NSW, seven days a week.

The Carer Gateway Counselling Service is a free service for carers.

The goal is to help you feel more in control, resilient, and better equipped to handle daily challenges.

Over four modules, you’ll learn foundational mindfulness skills to help you manage normal life stresses. The program teaches you what mindfulness is, how your mind works, how to listen to your body, and practical ways to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life.This program is provided free of charge as a gift from the Curran Foundation at St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney.
