Belongside Families is a non-for-profit organisation that supports families with children aged 0-8 years with a developmental delay or disability and medical needs. Kindred offers a range of programs to help support and connect parents and caregivers.
ENVISAGE
ENVISAGE is a free online or face-to-face peer support program that has been co- designed with parents, carers, service providers, health professionals and researchers and includes a dedicated First People’s program.
PlayConnect+ Playgroup via Playgroup NSW
Early intervention program specifically designed for children with any disability or developmental concerns. All children with disability and/or developmental delay (no formal diagnosis is required) aged 0-8 years, their families, carers and siblings are welcome.
Play Strong Program via Playgroup NSW
The Play Strong Program is a supported playgroup that is funded by the department of education’s Start Strong Pathways grant. Play Strong is for children ages 0-5 who are looking to become involved in an early education service.

PlayConnect Plus Playgroups are facilitated playgroups and Parent Peer Support Groups for families with a child, aged between 0-8 years, with a disability or chronic medical condition.
Community Playgroups via ACT Playgroups
Playgroups generally meet for a couple of hours per week and are usually attended by families from the local community. Most ACT Playgroups’ registered playgroups are parent led community playgroups

Our Intergenerational Playgroups program provides a unique opportunity for young children to learn and play, promote interaction with the older generations and build relationships across generations. Intergenerational Playgroups are open to families with children aged birth to 5 years and are operating across the ACT in a variety of aged care facilities.
