Belongside Families is a non-for-profit organisation that supports families with children aged 0-8 years with a developmental delay or disability and medical needs. Kindred offers a range of programs to help support and connect parents and caregivers.
Carers NSW
Carers NSW works with all carers regardless of their age, location, life-stage or circumstances. This includes those caring for individuals with support needs relating to ageing, disability, health and mental illness.

Carer Gateway is an Australian Government website providing free services and support for carers.
Carer Gateway provides a range of free services and support just for carers that are delivered in-person, online, and over the phone.
ENVISAGE
ENVISAGE is a free online or face-to-face peer support program that has been co- designed with parents, carers, service providers, health professionals and researchers and includes a dedicated First People’s program.

Mission Australia: Parent Pathway
Build the life you want for your family. Parent Pathways is a free, flexible, voluntary service for parents and carers of children under six. You set the goals; a Mission Australia Parent Coach supports you step-by-step to reach them – in ways that work for you.

ParentLine NSW
Parent Line NSW is a free telephone counselling and support service for parents and carers with children, aged 0 to 18 years, who live in New South Wales.
Parent Line can help with positive parenting strategies, useful information and referrals to a variety of face-to-face services. Parent Line is also a place to explore frustrations, feel supported and discuss different options to create more harmonious family relationships.
Parent Line counsellors provide confidential and non-judgemental advice and support for parents, carers or professionals living in NSW, seven days a week.
Carer Gateway Counselling
The Carer Gateway Counselling Service is a free service for carers.

This program is provided free of charge as a gift from the Curran Foundation at St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney. Over four modules you’ll learn practical skills to understand and manage stress using evidence-based CBT techniques, such as identifying triggers, challenging unhelpful thoughts, practicing relaxation, and building healthier routines. The goal is to help you feel more in control, resilient, and better equipped to handle daily challenges.
THIS WAY UP – Mindfulness-Based Online Course
Over four modules, you’ll learn foundational mindfulness skills to help you manage normal life stresses. The program teaches you what mindfulness is, how your mind works, how to listen to your body, and practical ways to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life.This program is provided free of charge as a gift from the Curran Foundation at St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney.

Free professional coaching for parents and carers of teens (12-18 years) in Australia.
Health coaching via NSW Government “Get Healthy Service”
