  • Free, voluntary, flexible support tailored to your situation. 
  • Your own Parent Coach to listen, encourage, and help you take the next step. 
  • Sessions in person, by phone or video – times that suit family life.
  • Financial support for attending sessions; help toward costs involved in your goals may be available.

ParentLine NSW

Parent Line NSW is a free telephone counselling and support service for parents and carers with children, aged 0 to 18 years, who live in New South Wales.

Parent Line can help with positive parenting strategies, useful information and referrals to a variety of face-to-face services. Parent Line is also a place to explore frustrations, feel supported and discuss different options to create more harmonious family relationships.

Parent Line counsellors provide confidential and non-judgemental advice and support for parents, carers or professionals living in NSW, seven days a week.
