First Peoples Disability Network is a national organisation that provides advocacy support for Australia’s First Peoples with disability, their families, and communities. They are governed by First Peoples with lived experience of disability.

Multicultural Disability Advocacy Association of NSW (MDAA)
MDAA is the peak body for all people in NSW with disability and their families and carers, with a particular focus on those from a racially, culturally and linguistially diverse background.

Physical Disability Council of NSW
Provides a list of resources to different legal aids such as Disability Advocacy NSW, Everyday Justice, and LawAccess NSW. Resources are not all disability specific, and encompass other legal aspects such as debt, tenancy laws and family law.

Disability Discrimination Law
Disability Discrimination Law is a specialist legal service that provides free, confidential legal assistance for those with a disability, carers, or family members living in the ACT.

NDIS Appeals Program
The NDIS Appeals Program helps people with disability, and other people affected by reviewable decisions of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). It helps people to access free support when seeking a decision review through the Administrative Review Tribunal.

ACT Disability Aged & Carer Advocacy Service (ADACAS)
ADACAS provides free advocacy and information to people in Canberra and on the South Coast of NSW living with disability, experiencing mental ill-health, older persons and their carers.

Illawarra Advocacy
Illawarra Advocacy provides free advocacy services including support with NDIS, abuse and neglect, discimination, accomodation, health, and education.

Intellectual Disability Rights Service (IRDS)
IRDS provides free advocacy services for people with intellectual or other cognitive impairment living in NSW to promote and protect their rights.

Newell Advocacy
Newell Advocacy is an independent advocacy service which provides direct advocacy to individuals with a disability, families, carers and groups. Newell Advocacy can assist with appeals, Centrelink, and NDIS.

Regional Disability Advocacy Service
Regional Disability Advocacy Service is a non-government, non-for-profit that assists people with disability living in North East Victoria and Southern NSW. They provide free and independent advocacy services to ensure equality of rights and increased integration into the community.
