SRAC deliver NDIS and MAC services, Disability Advocacy, Aboriginal Community Outreach & CHSP social support services. We facilitate early diagnosis and early intervention of disability and/or at-risk behaviours, education, family supports, cultural connection and capacity building training and support services in an environment that fosters resilience and self-determination.
