Witness to War is a national multilingual telephone hotline (1800 845 198) for people affected by overseas conflicts. People can feel the impact in different ways, and may experience health, social and practical issues. The helpline is for individuals, families and communities who are distressed about overseas events, have friends and family abroad, need someone to talk to, or need help finding information about useful services and support.

ParentLine NSW

Parent Line NSW is a free telephone counselling and support service for parents and carers with children, aged 0 to 18 years, who live in New South Wales.

Parent Line can help with positive parenting strategies, useful information and referrals to a variety of face-to-face services. Parent Line is also a place to explore frustrations, feel supported and discuss different options to create more harmonious family relationships.

Parent Line counsellors provide confidential and non-judgemental advice and support for parents, carers or professionals living in NSW, seven days a week.
